Self-Service (学生的计划) now includes the option for selecting your preferred personal pronouns. 的se pronouns will appear on faculty rosters, the advising section of Self-Service, 在咨询细节下. To select your preferred personal pronoun, 登录自助服务, click your name/avatar from the top right of the screen.
Select user profile from the drop-down list.
Select the pencil icon next to personal identity preferences.
From here, you can select your preferred personal pronoun under identity details. Be sure to hit save for the changes to take effect.
If you will be participating in the 毕业典礼 ceremonies, you must complete 和 submit an Application for Graduation. To complete the application, log into Self-Service (学生的计划) 并选择 毕业的概述.

Complete all field in the application.
Upon completion, you will be sent a confirmation email.

Once logged in, you may choose to opt-in to receiving text mess年龄s from other departments. To save your opt-in preferences, please click the 更新的偏好 button.
Confirmation of opt-in will show when this is complete.
If you've received a 教师同意警告 in Self-Service, faculty must grant you (the student) permission to add the course. Please contact the listed faculty for permission to add online.
Beginning the first day of the term 和 continuing until the designated add deadline, you will need add authorization to add courses in Self Service. Add authorization is granted by faculty 和 you must contact them directly. Once authorization is granted, please log out of MyRedl和s/Self Service, 重新登录, 和 register for the course. You must register yourself for the course. Faculty add authorization does not mean they have registered you for the course. Your Self Service will look like this when authorization has been given:
仅限在校学生 - to locate your unofficial transcript(s) after logging into Self-Service, navigate the left pane to the 学者 节,然后到 学生的计划 section. At the bottom of the 学生的计划 section, you will see the 选项卡 indicating 非官方的成绩单(s). You can access your unofficial transcripts from this screen. If you would like to order official transcripts, please visit the National Student Clearinghouse's 安全的网站.
To access the Johnston Online Course Contracts once logged into Self-Service (学生的计划), 导航到 日常工作, 点击 提交课程合同 选项卡, 和 follow the instructions below.
Students may change or update their contact information including telephone number, 首选电子邮件, 和 address on Self-Service (学生的计划) at any time.
After logging in, 导航到 the icon at the top right. Your name 和 picture will be listed here.
Click to show the drop-down menu 并选择 用户配置文件.
Your current address will be listed here. To request an address change, 点击 添加新地址 button.
Enter your new address 和 click the 添加地址 button at the bottom right.
的 new address you've entered will be shown below your current address. Please allow 2-5 business days for the address change to take effect.

Current students may request an enrollment verification through Self-Service at any time. Once logged in, 导航到 the 注册验证 选项卡.
Once on the 注册验证 Requests 页面, 点击 添加新请求 button.
Fill out the form with all appropriate information 和 click the 提交 button.
